Working Title: Of Gems Mechanical: From YKTTW
This troper is wondering if the lightsaber comment is actually canonical. I am under the impression that lightsabers are purely technology based, requiring no particular kind of magic to make or wield, only to use effctively.
Would the power core in the Iron Man film count? It sure resembles a power crystal in practice.
Earnest: Yeah, lightsabers do have crystals as their emitters, the color of the crystal determines the color of the blade. The Iron Man core probably counts as well.
