Rogue 7: Deleted Kotarou from Mahou Sensei Negima because he's most definitely not this trope. At least in the manga- he's fairly casual around most of the girls in Negi's class- he's far more Wouldnt Hit A Girl.
Shini: Deleted Laharl from Disgaea. Most of the "eeew girls have cooties" tend to be that boys will avoid any contact with girls. Laharl just avoids the busty, sexy women - especially one espousing nice words like "True Love", so He's definitively of the Allergic To Love trope.
Ace Of Scarabs: Didn't this cooties thing come from back when headlice were a real problem? It encouraged them kids to keep enough distance that the headlice were less likely to be shared.
Medinoc: We should replace the Charby page quote with something more appropriate: This is said by a girl, for Cthulhu's sake...
