Working Title: Fatal Family Photo: From YKTTW
From the way the Independence Day entry is worded (I don't remember the movie very well), it doesn't fit the trope straight. It sounds like his death caused him to look at the picture, not that him looking at the picture led to his death. The character had already chosen to die and looked at the picture because he would miss them, which is a slightly different idea.
