Wiki policy is that aversions are not noteworthy except for those very few tropes and genres where aversions are rare enough to stand out.

* CheeseEatingSurrenderMonkeys: Averted, mostly because Napoleon won all his battles and the French Empire exists to this day
** Heck, they liberated themselves in the World War II analogue!
** But Italy "takes" the place of France in this regard

* UsefulNotes/AmericanCivilWar: And the South won too.

* GaulsWithGrenades: After all, they dominate most of Europe

This Troper, Type Labels Are Not Examples, Sliding Scales are not tropes

* SlidingScaleOfAlternateHistoryPlausibility: I would say a Level II, correct me if I'm wrong.

!!Tropes included in this story:

* AllohistoricalAllusion: A whole boat load, including, but not restricted to a democratically elected General AdolfHitler being exiled to Russia after it's occupied by Germany, and establishing himself as a decent painter, architect, and writes a book called (wait for it...) Mien Kampf.
* AlternateHistory: It's on the Wikia!
* AlternateHistoryWank: A minor form, but the author's home province of Manitoba, Canada, is turned into its own country and is the center of the world's film industry. Go figure.
* AmericanCivilWar: And the South won too.
* BalkanizeMe: Canada (now Quebec, Assiniboia and Alyseka), Great Britain (Scotland, Ireland and England), and America, which, at times, has included: the US; the British Oregon Territory; the Pacific Republic; a Confederate States, both as one and divided into North and South; Alyseka; Texas; and Mexican dominated Arizona.
* CheeseEatingSurrenderMonkeys: Averted, mostly because Napoleon won all his battles and the French Empire exists to this day
** Heck, they liberated themselves in the World War II analogue!
** But Italy "takes" the place of France in this regard
* DifferentWorldDifferentMovies: quite a few, including not just movies, but video games as well
* DividedStatesOfAmerica: And how!
* TheEmpire: A France that controls OTL Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, large chunks of Germany and Spain?
** And they used to have all of Western Germany and Northern Italy too, but they are independent now
* ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin: The National Socialist Movements in Germany, Britain, Argentina, Canada, Ontario, the Confederate States etc. etc. And, no, it's not [[ThoseWackyNazis THOSE ones]]
* GaulsWithGrenades: After all, they dominate most of Europe
* ANaziByAnyOtherName: Played with, mostly so that the "bad guys" of the ATL WWII are National Socialists, though they are ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin this time: literal National Socialists! Though, instead of Nazi's, they are Natso's...
** The psudeo-Fascist Ideology of France and her empire is "Sorelism": basically Fascism without the race hatred and the desire to conquer much, despite what it may look like...
* RichardNixonTheUsedCarSalesman: So many: Adolf Hitler an exiled politician turned painter/architect; Joseph Goebbels is an American Secretary of State; Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Skryabin (aka Molotov, both OTL and ATL) is a Prime Minister to the Czar's and later the first President of the Russian Republic; and Richard Nixon himself is an actor, killed on a poorly constructed movie set of Julius Caesar.
* SlidingScaleOfAlternateHistoryPlausibility: I would say a Level II, correct me if I'm wrong.

French Trafalgar, British Waterloo is an {{Alternate History}} on if the British were defeated by the French at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805, which played out to be their Waterloo, therefore, herego, the title. Started in July 2009 by Tyler "Tbguy" 1992 on the Alternate History Wikia (the site where 1983: Doomsday first breathed life) under the horrible title of "L'empire de Napoleanic se lèvera!," the story is now a featured timeline, having been developed up to the present day, more or less.
