Literature: A Black Journal

"My name is Ciardha, I am a black archer, sworn to hunt the god cursed abominations that haunt my world. I've fought horrors beyond your imagination, slew whole armies single handed, spent years living in darkness, surrounded by those that would flay the flesh from my skin and tear out my heart. I've struck fear from my heart, to live a life of vengeance."

A fantasy novel penned by Joseph Forbush.

The format of the book is almost entirely in first person journal entries, save for the prologue and epilogue.

The journal follows a two year timeline expressed in dated entries, wherein the narrator details various pieces of his daily life.
