Hellsing is a fairly new L Per (I.E only has three episodes at the time of this writing), who is slowly getting more professional with every episode. Hellsing, if he was known for anything, would be known for an erratic update schedule (Sometimes no episodes for weeks, or flurries of episodes every day) and half deadpan, half hyper ADHD style of commentary. Usually plays either scary or really difficult games, but isn't afraid to branch out. Also he may or may not have just written this page off the top of his head.
