Laconic: Sliding Scale of Anti-Heroes
A system used to classify Anti Heroes and their likelihood to morph into classical Heroes.

Type I: A protagonist who is too much of a loser to be considered an actual hero.
Type II: Knights In Sour Armor and other characters whose actions are heroic, but whose attitude tends to be less so.
Type III: Characters who practice essentially good but not necessarily heroic actions.
Type IV: Heroes With An F In Good and other characters who have good motivations and can even be good people, but are too flawed to be actual heroes.
Type V: The majority of Byronic Heroes, Sociopathic Heroes, and characters who are only considered heroic at all because they fight extremely dangerous and unsympathetic villains. Alternately, Heroes In Name Only. May overlap with Villain Protagonist.
