• The penultimate episode. The Raijin-Oh pilots are stuck in their individual robot components and completely drained of energy. For the very first time, the Earth Defense Class risked the dangers of the battle field to repair Bakuryu-Oh so that it can recharge to help the rest. Touched by their valor, the Neidermeyer Army General decided to risk ordering an attack on Warusar, thus serving as a distraction while the kids continued with the repairs.
• Belzeb, exhibiting his Proud Warrior Race Guy trait, chose to exile Taida to Earth instead of forcing him to fight his new friends.
• Jin, Asuka, and Kouji overcoming Belzeb's psychological attack on their battle-forged bonds of friendship in the finale. Upon Belzeb admitting defeat, Jin offered his hand to Belzeb as a sign of friendship, upon which the latter accepted and departed Earth in peace.
