The episode "Pink-A-Rella" where the Panther finds a magic wand and selflessly uses it to try to help a poor girl to achieve her dream to participate in a beauty contest and meet handsome singer Pelvis Parsley, essentially becoming her Fairy Godfather Panther. In the end it doesn't work, and he and the girl are sitting despondently in her shack.. when Pelvis Parsley appears, puts the girl's shoe on her foot and the Power of Love turns her back into a beautiful princess, whom he whisks away to Las Vegas. And then the Panther gets into a magic duel with the witch whose wand triggered the plot.. and she gets transformed into a comely pink lady panther. He breaks the wand, whistles for the witch's broom, and they fly off together.
