Heartwarming / The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus

• Doctor Parnassus, in the end of the movie sees his daughter, happy, with her own family. No joyful reunions, but Parnassus's smile says it all.
• A possible interpretation of Nick's refusal to take Valentina is that he genuinely likes Parnassus.
• Valentina interrupts her time in the imaginarium with Tony to confront a crying child, even though the girl isn't real.
• The reveal that the imaginiarium doesn't let children who need parental consent for ordinary things choose salvation or damnation themselves.
• When Tony's dream mansion is falling apart, a random bystander grabs Valentina as she's about to fall into the void and pulls her to safety.
