Olivia met many of the stars of The Lord of the Rings movie trilogy while on set, including Liv Tyler, who played the Elf princess Arwen. She talked with Liv and gave her some pointers on horse riding as she did not have much confidence in riding a horse.
Recently, Peach Theatre Company in New Zealand released promotional videos of the cast for their production of Othello, starting off with Olivia's, in which she gives viewers a tour of her house. The video's adorable enough, but fans of Power Rangers RPM squeed when she introduced her boyfriend Milo Cawthorne around 19 seconds into the video. The general consensus has been "Awww..."—especially considering that their characters (Ziggy and Dr. K) had been repeatedly shipped throughout the season, even though she couldn't stand him for much of the season.
And the two already had interacted... interestingly back during Maddigan's Quest.
It's even more heartwarming since during a magazine interview, Olivia acknowledged the implied romance between Ziggy and Dr. K in a magazine interview which, in turn, led to the two actors getting together in real life. "Then we got together in real life because we thought, well, someone's obviously trying to tell us something," she says.
To top it off, the two are now married!
In July 2011, the Peach Theatre Company held a contest for the part of Toto for their production of The Wizard of Oz. When asked about the dogs participating in the contest, Olivia says, "I can't believe we're only able to choose one. I'm really sad about that. They've all just kind of melted my heart." Just watch this video. If that doesn't show just how much of a sweetheart she is, nothing does.
