Yes, even a man as psychotic as Norman Osborn manages to have a moment in Marvel Knights: Spider-Man. However small. where he sends a letter to Peter saying that he really appreciates the attention he is given and hopes that, despite the fact he kidnapped Aunt May and nearly killed MJ, there's no animosity between them. It's strangely adorable in a psychotic kind of way.
A really minor one, but in the Amazing Spider-Man issue where Harry overdoses, number 96, seeing Norman (as the Goblin) shedding tears for his son is sweet in an odd manner. It'd be one of the few instances where 616!Norman would show his caring side towards Harry.
