Dreamcast's wish in the Jet Set Radio lesson was for her to continue her friendship with Mega Drive and Saturn because of the lessons they went through together.

When the girls discover they are ideas that will be reborn in the real world as Sega Hardware consoles, Center-sensei tells them their creators put a lot of love into them, encouraging them to spread fun and joy to children and adults alike throughout the world. It's a nice reminder for those who grew up with fond memories of these consoles.
When all of the game characters return to give Dreamcast a boost of confidence as she graduates.
