- James and Malakh's relationship gets a happy ending at the end of Arc 1, when both living happy lives together and serving important functions for the angels in Heavensgate. Then came Arc 2.
- Laz teaching his daughter Lazaria the proper way to rip a mans spine out. Rather heartwarming when you think about it.
