Right Brain and Left Brain making up and reforming back into Bo at the end of their song. Right Brain even tells Left Brain that he loves him (though seeing as he seems to love everything, that might not count for much).
Some of Bo's poetry in Egghead is actually quite romantic:
I love you just the way you are
But you don't see you like I do.
You shoudn't try so hard to be perfect.
Trust me, perfect should try to be you.
"Lower Your Expectations" ends with a genuine message about how people deserve love that can fill them and complete them, and how love can be the one thing that counteracts the fact that Humans Are Flawed. It's especially sweet after hearing Bo satirically take down the idealized "perfect man/woman" that people yearn for in the real world.
