Getting hoodwinked again

• It wasn't a little risky for Gretel to give her traitorous Slasher Smile to Red just as the elevator's doors closed? What if the elevator's door malfunctioned and the elevator ended up stuck there? Don't you think that if this happened, Red would stop them and ask Gretel why to smile like that?

Eating the super truffles

• When Wolf tricks Hansel and Gretel into eating the rest of the super truffles to immobilize themselves, why they did so if they had already decided to sell the truffles to other villains? By that point, they had already proved themselves to be no match for the Happily Ever After agency as well for Red and her friends, so why they didn't just run away with their truffles and sell them to the villains to get rich like they planned?
