Headscratchers: Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai
- When Ghost Dog steals the couple's clothes at gunpoint, he needed the man's clothes as a disguise. Why did he steal the woman's dress too? He had no use for it.
- Possibly as a delaying action, so that the woman would be somewhat reluctant to run out of the alley immediately after Ghost Dog leaves?
- What is the role of the brown dog that appears to Ghost Dog throughout the film? It neither symbolizes nor does anything of significance, other than stare at Ghost Dog.
- Raymond speaks only French, so how can he make a living selling ice cream in an English-speaking country? How would he place orders with suppliers, communicate with mechanics to maintain his truck, and file business documents with no grasp of English? Does he just have English-speaking family or friends do it for him?
