- Probably for amusement, the coder of the game engine made it so that every once in a while, when one kills a guard or dog, they emit the sound of flatulence. It can be jarring to suddenly hear it while going about your business as usual.
- It's a bit less rare (but still uncommon) for a guard's random death cries to include a very loud and shrill "AIEEEE!!". Evidently that dude did not take those bullets very well.
- Hans also has the unexpected cry of "Mutti!" upon dying.
- Gretel Grosse's on-death sound is the rather incongruous "Mein busen!", which in English translates as "My boobs!" note
- And, of course, the classic "MEIN LEBEN!!", which is twice as funny if you read it as a variant on "Ow, My Body Part!"
- Each episode ends in either two ways: with B.J. running at the camera, jumping and belting out a very triumphant "YEAH!" or with "Let's see that again!" and the patented DeathCam, showign the boss' death animation again. It's absolutely gutbusting (and awesome too) on Hitler, who just plain disintegrates into mush with his head on top and almost completely intact and with an undignified "OWW!" expression. Who wouldn't wanna see that again?
- There's a secret room in E6M10 that has a random Pac-Man Ghost in it.
- A hidden screen in Spear of Destiny shows the Id team behind Wolfenstein 3D, including Johns Romero and Carmack, Adrian, Tom Hall and others. It's captioned..."We're not wearing any pants."
