The Game Show:

• Nearly any scene involving Major Victory (with a few definite exceptions).
  • One particular favorite came in the very first episode. The child actress playing the lost girl the heroes are meant to be helping makes a very visible WTF Face as Major Victory insists upon carrying her, Superman style, to the nearby police station.
  • "WHO IS THIS GIRL'S MOTHER?"
  • "I SALUTE TO YOU FEROCIOUS ANIMALS!"
  • He runs past a bunch of birds milling about, and as he does, points to them and grins in an overly cheesy fashion, all without stopping.
  • "Today, I am a wiener. Not a winner."
  • "I gave up my true identity! I have a new name...Major Dumbass!"
  • "This guy is big and scary. He's a convicted felon. I have to give him a massage. I think I'm gonna die."
  • After the Heartwarming Moment of him receiving a call from his estranged daughter, he looks up at Stan and jokingly asks if he can keep the phone that Stan provided for the call. Stan has a good laugh at that one.
  • "I know Major Victory can't keep his costume on. But Thong Man, now we haven't been introduced to that particular superhero."
    • Major Victory tells Dark Enforcer that he's going down for this. Dark Enforcer responds by waving a dollar in front of the screen.
• Other sources of comedy in the first season:
  • Monkey Woman. The name says it all, really.
  • Ty'veculus, due to the sheer number of setbacks he keeps enduring.
  • The Dark Enforcer, who has many a Deadpan Snarker moment.
• In episode 2, during the costume update, Stan tells Lumeria that, with regards to her costume, "Disco is from the 70s". Her response is to go "Hahahahahahahaha-So am I."
• Feedback's failure to impress the kids. At one point he says his favorite video game is pong, and one little girl says, in a talking head interview: "I've never heard of the game Pong. I think he made it up."
• And in the second season:
  • Ms. Limelight, who is The Ditz to hilarious levels.
  • Mr. Mitzvah, during both challenges and eliminations.
  • Hyperstrike, a young and energetic Large Ham with acrobatic skills.
  • Parthenon, once he puts himself through Flanderization into Camp Gay.
  • Smug Snake Dr. Dark and his creation: "Evil Stan Lee".
• HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMELESSSSSSSSSSSS MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNN!
  • I HAVE THE POWER TO THINK THAT I AM FLYING! OBSERVE! (Leaps forward and promptly falls flat on his face)

The Web Comic:

• Piccolo's increasingly pathetic and desperate attempts to refuse Gohan's request, even though he knows he's going to cave eventually. He treats dressing up as the Great Saiyaman as seriously as if Gohan had asked him to blow up the Earth.
  Piccolo: (shouting at the top of his lungs, while Gohan keeps the same sheepish expression) Why are you doing this to me? Haven't I done enough for you! Remember that one time I died?
• The mortified expression on Piccolo's face when he goes to ask Bulma to redesign the Great Saiyaman costume.
  • Not long after, he's caught wearing said costume by Vegeta. After a moment of silence, Vegeta openly laughs at the poor Namekian.
  • Once Vegeta's done laughing, he rather gruffly asks Bulma for food. Bulma looks angry at first, only to start smiling suspiciously a moment later. Turns out, she got Vegeta back by forcing him to fill in for the Great Saiyaman's sidekick, Saiyawoman.
• Piccolo and Vegeta's argument over exactly who was to blame for being the inspiration for the Great Saiyaman.
  • In the end they both agree, it's all Goku's fault.
• Gotenks anger upon losing his fake moustache. Turns out Goku found it, and decided to wear it for some reason.
• When Vegeta learns from Videl that Bulma tricked him into wearing a different ^note  a much frillier and girly version of the Saiyawoman costume than the original.
  Bulma: Where are you going?
  Vegeta: Home! I need to reevaluate my life choices.
  Bulma: Well okay, but if you're planning on turning evil again, please give us a heads up this time.
