• In episode 14, the Sun Vulcans are up against an Armadillo Monger that burrows through the ground. How do they stop him? Why, by pulling out rubber mallets and playing Whack-A-Mole with his head, of course!
• Episode 15 features an absolutely beautiful scene where Queen Hedorian tries to romance the hypnotized Victim of the Week. How? By dancing to various musical styles, none of which (aside from the first) he would recognize given that he believes himself to be a 17th century Japanese pirate.
• Every other thing Sukehachi does is this. Particularly when he was bitten by Alien Monger and turned into a wolfman...he doesn't even realize he's transforming until the other guys point it out to him, and when he finally transforms all the way he flips out like the other wolfmen...and promptly runs head-first into a wall and knocks himself out, reverting his transformation.
