Brocken Ball - the game where everyone wins! Except Brocken. Who is the ball. Especially funny because it's a superbly done case of Mood Whiplash - moments before this scene, Brocken is chasing down some hooded figure in a spectacular fashion, only to have his head temporarily separated from one of his mechanical bodies. While he's taunting the one he's pursuing, he's suddenly picked up by Boss. Hilarity Ensues.
