• At the end of the "New Generation" stage shows, after the encore ends, the martian fighting machine on stage releases a jet of smoke, and Jeff Wayne looks up and waves a finger with a patronising look on his face.
• Parson Nathaniel's wife, in attempt to calm him, says "They're not devils, they're martians". And that's better how?
  • Demons are supernatural creatures lead by the literal counterpoint to God. Martians bleed and so, theoretically, we can kill them.
