- After Louis dramatically sets fire to his mansion in an attempt to kill himself, Lestat suddenly smashes through the window and starts pitching a fit about what Louis has done:Lestat: Perfect! Just perfect! Just burn the place! Burn everything we own! Have us sleeping in the field like cattle!
Louis: You thought you could have it all...
Lestat: Oh shut up, Louis! - Lestat dancing with the corpse of Claudia's mother and singing 'Non più andrai' to celebrate Louis drinking human blood after he swore he never would again, and then shouting "There's still life in the old lady yet!" is pretty hilarious.
- Louis and Claudia's Mind Screw observation on Théâtre des Vampires.Louis: An entire theater of vampires pretending to be humans pretending to be vampires...Claudia: How avant garde!
- What makes it even funnier is after Claudia said that, Louis gives her a very confused look, as though he isn't seeing what she is (which could be the case due to Louis being The Eeyore, whilst Claudia is a "normal" vampire in thinking.)
- The woman in the theatre's audience begging to be the sacrifice of the show (not realizing it's a real sacrifice). The actor's response?"Wait your turn!"
- The end of the film where Lestat listens to the opening of Louis' interview, groaning "still whining Louis!" and then asking Molloy "have you heard enough? I had to listen to that for centuries!" with Tom Cruise using the perfect tone.
