At the very beginning of the game, when the protagonist insists to Kyu that s/he's chill, she retorts, "Pssh! That's a fat load of shit and you know it." It's unusual for a dating sim to have cursing at all, let alone this early, let alone from this character type. It really sets the tone for the game.
Right before taking the player on the tutorial date, she says, "I found this great place. You'll love it! Or not, I don't care."
{asking her favorite color} "Seriously? You're seriously gonna ask me that? It's fuckin' pink, bitch!"
"Thanks for the sex, homie."
That she swears so casually, and like a dude, is friggin' hilarious. Best example being if you feed her pizza or a burger on one of your dates with her:
Kyu: Mmmmmm, fuuuck, that's good! Yo, I'm about to bust a nut over here!
When/if the player learns that Kyu's M.O. is to sleep with all of her clients, she responds with, "Yeah, pretty much. What can I say? I'm kind of a slut."
When Audrey is introduced, Kyu states:
This is what we refer to as a Mega Bitch.
Beli's initial reaction to the correct answer to "Uhh, funny question, but, how do you feel about girls who shave... down there?" is rather out of character for such a timid and shy creature. If the player answers "Honestly, I prefer the natural look", then Beli will respond in an enthusiastic voice "Oh Good!" followed immediately by "Uh, I mean... that's an interesting choice." in an awkwardly casual tone.
On the opposite side of the spectrum, one of Audrey's questions is "Hey, tell me something, what do you think of girls who shave their shit?" If the player answers "I like it. Pubic hair is gross", she's say "I know, right?! My friend Nikki doesn't shave; it is so.gross!", which only leaves the player to wonder "Aaand you would know that because....?"
During the introduction with Lola, she'll ask why the player started talking to her. An available option is, "I don't know. I just do whatever the magic fairy tells me." Lola just takes it as a unique joke.
Usually, after you've finished your fourth date with a girl at night, when they give their unique dialogue before you go have sex, they sound either nervous or seductive; at the very least, they might be vague or beat around the bush. One of Audrey's lines, however, is literally "Mmm, I'm horny. Sooo, let's fuck."
And then there's Celeste's ridiculously clinical references to her 'reproductive hormones'.
One of the dialogue options to approach Aiko with is "Fuck these birds. Am I right?" Aiko just laughs it off.
After a successful fourth date at night, you play another matching game at night as an innuendo for "sealing the deal". This also gets you a porn picture of the girl, though they're censored for the Steam version (which is ridiculously easy to patch in the uncensored pics). What's funny is Aiko's picture, and the difference between the censored and uncensored picture. It's whether or not she's wearing glasses, and that's all. There's no other difference between them.
Made especially fun of by Markiplier during his playthrough of the game, but the absolutely ridiculous question of "I got to know, what cup size you rockin'?" to ask girls during the talking phases essentially amounts to:
Not only is the question so laughably asinine, but the fact that every girl essentially shares this personal information to a random stranger who sauntered up to them out of nowhere, remember, and typically does so with a laugh is beyond absurd that it's ridiculously funny.
