** While pushing Issei's buttons at school Rin finishes him off by cuddling up close to Shirou and shoots Issei a sly look. It has the desired effect as he flips out on Shirou only for Rin to tell him to make sure he picks her up from class later. The visual novel elaborates that this caught Shirou off guard as well as they had planned to their relationship secret until after summer had passed only for her to tell Issei without actually telling him.

** Shirou telling Lancer that the only way that they'll work together is if he stops flirting with Rin. Rin, being [[{{Tsundere}} Rin]], is turned into a blushing mess while [[spoiler:Lancer]] laughs his ass off before telling Shirou that he's earned his respect for such a condition. Lancer then teases Rin mercilessly about their relationship, which she desperately tries to deny, only to be made even more of a blushing mess when Shirou won't back her up during her "we're just working together" routine. All she can do is make herself as small as possible and cover her face in embarrassment.

* Most of the last part of episode 14 before [[spoiler: [[KnightOfCerebus Gilgamesh]] appears]].

** [[spoiler:Shinji]] arrives at the Einzbern courtyard -- by [[spoiler: being dropped from the sky '''through the Gate of Babylon''']] -- and immediately tries to charm [[spoiler: Sella and Leysritt]] to take him to Illya; in less than a minute he is staring at the tip a halberd and left a quivering wreck. The two immediately label him a "harmless fly", which echoes Rin's description of a "harmless gnat".

** Shirou telling [[spoiler:Lancer]] that the only way that they'll work together is if he stops flirting with Rin. ** After [[spoiler:Lancer]] manages to [[spoiler:kill Kirei]], how does he scare Shinji away? Just a shallow poke in the shoulder [[spoiler: with Gae Bolg]]. His pathetic scream afterwards just sells it.
** There's also a moment a second before where [[spoiler:Lancer]] just picks Shinji up by the head and throws him off to one side like a rag doll. The look on Shinji's face is priceless!
* In Episode 24, Shirou declare he'd rather cut his arm off than let Gilgamesh escape [[spoiler: from the Grail's wormhole. Archer]] [[DeadpanSnarker tells him to go right ahead]] but first, if he wouldn't mind stepping to the right...
* Episode 25: All of Rin and [[spoiler:Luviagelita's]] interaction. From Rin getting jealous when [[spoiler:Luviagelita]] starts flirting with Shirou to their [[spoiler:wrestling match]] with lots of YouFightLikeACow to Rin laying on Shirou's lap afterward covered with band-aids, whining about how she lost.

* Shirou's and Archer's incredibly "mature" argument during Archer's and Caster's fight in episode 7 consisting of the two calling the other an idiot. Caster's reaction is also hilarious, with her just floating in the air seemingly wondering what the Hell they are doing before she attacks again. [[spoiler:It gets even funnier if you know Archer's true identity beforehand]].

** When Fujimura questions why Rin is staying over at Shirou's house, Rin effectively blackmails her and Fujimura reluctantly agrees. Shirou's reaction is priceless.
** The funnest part of the episode is the irony of Shirou's going tsundere over Rin.

* The idea of Rin going out with Shirou in Episode 12.
** Just to start with, Rin's idea of asking him on a date is... nonstandard.

** Shirou being forced to try on a pair of glasses that really don't suit him. Rin's reaction is to laugh at him, but if you look closely, you can see Saber's shoulders shaking as well, indicating she finds his appearance rather funny as well.
** Saber getting into SeriousBusiness when she uses her sword-handling skills on the baseball bat, and Shirou and Rin ganging up on her due to that. It then cuts to Shirou and Rin being disturbed at what [[SoreLoser Saber]] [[NoodleIncident did]] after losing to them.
** For that matter, Saber getting WingdingEyes [[CutenessProximity and getting]] [[{{Moe}}all-too huggable]] after seeing Rin's prepared lunch.
** If you pay attention to Saber during the date you'll notice that she [[BigEater eats at least seven sandwiches]]. Even before the sandwiches, Saber also manages to eat a huge sundae, a crepe, and a taiyaki during the short scenes that showed where they went before the batting center.

** Shirou and Rin's argument about how to deal with [[spoiler:Lancer]] turns into [[LikeAnOldMarriedCouple a personal argument about their personalities]] that causes them to forget all about [[spoiler:Lancer]]. Even he is amused by this. During this scene Rin, arms still in her stance to start firing spells, points her arm from him to Shirou and proceeds to argue with him at what is essentially the magus equivalent of having someone ''at gunpoint.''

* Episode 22
** Rin tells Shirou not to get any funny ideas when she plans to transfer her mana to him. Of course, meta-wise, this gets funnier considering this WAS [[BleachedUnderpants supposed to be a sex scene from the original visual novel]].
** Rin's extremely embarrassed that Shirou saw her memories, and also gets mad when she realizes that Shirou doesn't remember their first encounter back in jr. high school. He even manages to ''insult himself'' inadvertently.

** Then, she goes full on {{Tsundere}} and starts smacking him with the pillows. Shirou seems more worried about [[ComicallyMissingThePoint her damaging the pillows]] than the fact they just had an intimate moment.

** Rin starts pushing Issei's buttons at school for fun as normal but then she, in a move not even Shirou expects, walks up to Shirou, holds his hand, cuddles up nice and close to him in a manner that can't be construed as anything but intimate, and smiles coyly at Issei over her shoulder. After Issei starts freaking out she tells Shirou to pick her up at her classroom later and that she'll wait up for him which just sets him off even more. During this scene in the visual novel it's noted she's screwing with Shirou just as much as she is Issei as not only had they decided to keep their relationship secret until after their next major break from school but it had been the most intimate contact they'd had since the war ended.
* Sunny Day
** As an extended version of the light novel's alternate ending, this short goes a bit more in depth as to how Rin managed to keep Saber after the War instead of her returning to her time. When discussing how to go about maintaining her pact, Rin tells Shirou she's going to need his help by having him boost her mana. When he asks why, she gets flustered and dodges the question by saying there's several ways. Anyone who's played the original visual novel knows that she's leaning towards having sex with him to get her boosts.
