  Mr. Tinkles: Oh, putting a happy face on. What an interesting philosophy. At what point did you forget that WE'RE TRYING TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD?!

  Mr. Tinkles: I want you to stay here. [In a room that's on fire]
  Calico: Why?!
  Mr. Tinkles: Because I hate you.
  • The "World Domination Pamphlet" scene.
  Mr. Tinkles: You have nothing to fear but mousetraps and, well, me!
• Lou suggests his name be changed to "Toto annihilation". When he learns that name is taken, he proposes "Doom Machine".
  Butch: Hey! You can call yourself Squicky the Space Dog for all I care, but that doesn't make you behind a rocket pack.
• "You don't just press the big button! Jeez..."
  • "Sorry."
• Lou gets a lot of funny moments.
  • "Call me the claw of ling-chow!!!"
  Ninja cat: Ling chow, this! [kicks Lou across the room into the trash can]
• "This isn't NASCAR, you idiot!"
• In the sequel, there's the robot squirrel which does the "Hampsterdance" before self-destructing.
• When Butch and Seamus find out the blueprints to Kitty Galore's satellite, Seamus declares "She's trying to get free HBO!" Then Butch looks around at him as if to say "Really?!"
• Any time Mr. Tinkles complains about his minions messing up the camera when he's filming ransom messages. And adding said screw-ups to said messages.
  Mr. Tinkles: Hello?

  Mr. Tinkles: Is this on?
  Static
  Mr. Tinkles: (Camera zooming onto his face) Close! Closer!
  Static
  Mr. Tinkles: (Camera being turned around) TURN THE CAMERA OVER!
  Static
  Mr. Tinkles: 'WHERE DID YOU COME FROM?!
  Static
  Mr. Tinkles: Hello, my puny-minded, dog-faced opponents! (Aside Glance) What? Yes, it's on. Well, because I can see the red light blinking. (Beat) Ugh, start over.

  Mr. Tinkles: Hello, my puny-minded, dog-faced opponents.
• His phone call, which takes place while he's in a car being driven erratically by one of his hench-cats, thus sending him flying from one side of the seat to the other.
  Mr. Tinkles: HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GLOAT GLEEFULLY WHEN YOU'RE DRIVING LIKE A CHIMPANZEE?! I MEAN, REALLY!!"
• Tinkles reveals he can talk in front of the Brodys. Caroline screams hysterically... For at least one whole minute.
  • "Will someone please SHUT HER UP?!" Her husband does......... by shouting that she's turning blue.
• In the middle of the fight with Butch and Lou against the Russian cat, Mrs Brody comes home. There's no time to hide so everyone just freezes as she walks by and into the kitchen in the hope that she doesn't look into the living room. After a few tense minutes, she leaves without noticing anything is amiss.
• The Russian kitty, after being detained in the interrogation room, is laughing and insisting that he's 'granite' despite his cute and fluffy exterior.
  Dog: I don't think we're going to get anything else out of him.
• When Mr. Tinkles finally snaps and tells Sophie he has no intention of 'looking just like her.' Sophie is in shock but it takes quite a while for her to eventually pass out.
• Sophie doing chest compressions for Mr Mason, almost on top of Mr. Tinkles.
• After the dog spies replaced Lou's siblings, Mrs Brody and the farmer come in so she can pick one. The spies clearly have no idea how to act like sweet puppies, are sitting there formally in a line and are NOT Beagles.
  Farmer: They've changed in size...and breed.
