-->"Truth is, identity theft isn't hard. All you need is a picture, and you can drain a lot of money from some accounts—[[PetTheDog or return a lot of money to some very surprised retirees.]] But why stop there? Why not use that identity to contact some terrorist groups on unsecured lines? While you're at it, why not threaten some federal judges and insult the local drug cartel? * Sam crashing at Michael's apartment:
-->'''Mike''': Would you put some pants on?\\
'''Sam''': ''[in an undershirt and boxers]'' What? I work better when I can breathe down there.
* The camera freezes on Michael's OhCrap expression when Fi picks up a bottle to hurl at Sam.
-->'''Mike''': ''[narrating]'' There's a reason spies don't have a lot of parties. Everybody's got a history with everybody else.

* The B-plot involves Agent Bly's efforts to make Michael's life as miserable as possible, which extends to Sam. While he is on stakeout with Fi, she complains about the size of their rental car:
-->'''Sam''': Veronica was supposed to get me a Cadillac this weekend, until Mike's surveillance guy screwed everything up.\\
'''Fi''': ''[incredulous]'' A Cadillac? What could ''you'' possibly be doing to these women?\\
'''Sam''': ''[smirking]'' Wouldn't you like to know?

-->'''Mike''': [surprised, while being choked] Wow, you're ''good!''

[[AC:9 - Wanted Man]]Hard Bargain]]
* Lucio, the kidnapper, pulls a gun on Michael... then screams and collapses with a taser in his back, revealing Fi, who smiles at Michael like a little girl getting ice cream.
* While interrogating Lucio, the team thinks he's holding something back, so they all gang up on him, Fi brandishing her taser, and Sam brandishing... his Polaroid camera.
* Michael suggests that Lucio tell his boss he didn't report in because he fell down at the mall and broke his foot.
-->'''Lucio''': [[TemptingFate Broke my foot? I didn't break my foot.]]\\
''[Fiona helpfully stomps on his instep.]''\\
'''Lucio''': AAUGH!
** Meta: what's even funnier is that, according to the DVD commentary, the script originally called for Michael to be the one who breaks Lucio's foot, but they decided during shooting that having Fi do it would be much more "natural".

** Michael has to sell the belief that a bigger, badder psycho is tearing up Ernie's neighborhood. His first way of achieving this? Tearing up Ernie's store. He uses a baseball bat to smash the counters—but when he chances upon a flower vase he hesitates before tipping it over, almost lightly. Ernie rolls his eyes at this. After Mike leaves, Ernie shakes his head in exasperation.
** Pretty much all of Michael's character antics this week. The large ham tendencies mixed with the child-like impulsivity—such as his leaping up and down on the Concha's goons' car while screaming "THIS NEIGHBORHOOD IS MINE!"—make for multiple moments of funny.

** Michael's plan to get in touch with Philip Cowan, the guy who burned him: cozy up to some Libyan intelligence agents and get them to look like they're in cahoots with Cowan in order to smoke him out. When he lays this out for the Libyans, he sarcastically recommends having the head of the Libyan secret police send Cowan a fruit basket, "be creative." One angry phone call from Cowan later, and it turns out the head of the secret police did exactly that.

* Sam's UnusualEuphemism re Fiona:
-->'''Sam''': You sure this is a good idea, you hooking up with her again?\\
'''Michael''': I'm not hooking up with her, all right? I need her for tactical support.\\
'''Sam''': Is that what they're calling it these days? "Tactical support"?
* Sam explains the setup for planting the bug in Pyne's car, using a friendly Haitian cab driver:
-->'''Sam''': I told him I'd pay him fifty bucks to punch me in the face, that's all he had to hear.\\
'''Michael''': Yeah, I'd do it for twenty.

** Fiona is covering Mike and Sam outside a building during their meeting with Carmelo. Mike calls the bad guys' attention to the fact, then:
--->'''Fi''': ''(lowering her rifle)'' You can take this one.\\
'''Jesse''': ''(raising his own)'' Seriously? Thank you!
*** His tone and expression are that of a kid whose mother has said he can ride the bumper cars one more time.
