• In 1987, Baba celebrated a Different Style Fight against an even taller wrestler, a supposed karateka from Pakistan called Raja Lion. However, instead of an exciting battle between the two giants, the bout turned out to be an impossibly clumsy brawl which would become history. The unskilled Lion tripped himself with his own kicks and even fell flat over his arse more than once, while Baba clearly did not know what to do in order to save the match and opted for overselling the attacks and doing rest holds. At the end, to the increasingly booing crowd's relief, Baba decided to end the thing and submitted the Pakistani with a makeshift inverted armbar. The match was ridiculous enough to figure in Botchamania, and many people nowadays think it was actually the first comedic match ever. Others believe it might have been done in purpose as a parody of Antonio Inoki's Different Style Fights.
