Fridge Brilliance

  • Stein having a daughter is a result of him telling his past self to spend more time with his wife, in possible combination with Barry's changes to the timeline.
    • This is confirmed in the final episode of the crossover. Stein shoots down Caitlin’s suggestion of Flashpoint playing a part, though it's impossible for him to know for sure.
  • The absence of the new Team Arrow in this episode is because they are still in training and don't have the experience to go against aliens. In this way, they parallel with Wally. This also explains why they weren't with Oliver and Diggle as back up to take down Vigilante.
    • However, they don't seem to have complained (or at least, it's not mentioned) about it. This is because, unlike Wally, they do have experience in fights and know when they're outmatched.
    • Plus, based on the reveal in the next episode about Wild Dogg's trust issues with metahumans and people with powers in general, he wouldn't have worked well with the team.
  • Sara and Ray still remember baby Sara, which would explain why they more than the other Legends got angry at Barry over Flashpoint and the fact that because they are on the Waverider most of the time, the changes to the present probably haven't affected them yet.

Fridge Horror

  • If aliens didn't show up and if Barry didn't super-speed them out of there, Vigilante could very well have killed Oliver and Diggle – Barry saved them while the bullets were literally inches away, although they do have body armor.
  • Team Flash still hasn't informed the Lances or generally Team Arrow about Black Siren/Earth-2 Laurel Lance's existence and her being locked up in the pipeline.
    • Unless she was erased from the timeline by Flashpoint, there is the possibility that in the future, Black Siren will escape and/or they will have to eventually inform everybody of her existence.
    • Generally, her existence and the fact that they are keeping her a secret could cause a potential rift in future team-ups, especially with Sara who already got mad at Barry for creating Flashpoint.
    • However, it is revealed in a later episode of Arrow that at least Felicity and Oliver were told off-screen of Black Siren's existence. This makes sense as Team Flash had decided not to tell the Lances when Earth-1 Laurel's death is still fresh, they didn't plan to hide Black Siren's existence from all of Team Arrow.
