Fridge Brilliance

  • Ma Beagle seems to be actively trying to harm Webby (and near the end, the triplets), while in "Daytrip of Doom!" she warned her boys to avoid trouble with Scrooge's family. But then again, in that episode, not only did she need to lay low because she just got out of prison, but her boys went for the kids in the first place. In this episode, it was Webby (and Lena) who crashed her birthday party, so retaliation is fair game to her.
    • also when the Beagle boys first captured the triplets and Webby they sent a ransom letter to Scrooge informing him that they’d kidnapped the kids, thereby putting a target on them and Ma Beagle’s backs for retaliation from Scrooge. However, in this episode Scrooge, Donald and Beakley were unaware of the triplets, Webby and Lena’s conflict with the Beagle Boys so Ma Beagle could feel confident in eliminating the kids and escaping Scrooge’s wrath by pinning their deaths on any of his many enemies.
  • Webby is able to pull off a good British accent because her grandmother is British and she lives in a mansion with the scottish Scrooge. Lena can do the same, probably because her aunt is Magica de Spell, who is revealed to also have a British accent in the next episode.
  • When Webby asks Lena about her pink hair, Lena says, "It's supposed to look like that." While first time viewers would assume Lena meant that she purposely dyes it, as she is an edgy rebellion teen, the reveal in "The Shadow War" that she was likely "born" with her pink hair note  gives the statement a very different meaning.

Fridge Horror

  • Just how worried sick were Donald, Beakley, and Scrooge when the kids didn't come home until the next day?
