Adrian mentions once in the comic that he's not interested in Cybersix because he "prefers blondes". Later we learn that one of the few defining characteristics of Dr von Reichter's creations is that most of them are blonde, and so Adrian really does prefer blondes, because they're more likely to have Sustenance.
