How did Jasmine get to Oakland on foot? And don't just say BART. She's definitely not sane enough to spontaneously handle BART or even Oakland for that matter.
Jasmine's knowledge of Hal's shady business dealings is inconsistent. All flashbacks indicate that she's genuinely clueless about what he's up to and in one flashback, she laments to Danny that she herself could be indicted, given that her signature is on many things, and she'd have to be pretty heartless to encourage her sister and husband to invest if she knew full well Hal was a con artist. But the final flashback has her calling the FBI to turn him in, as if she knew all along, completely inconsistent with her previous behavior.
