Big Bad - Negaduck, the definite leader, who fits the other roles so well, too - right down to Dark Chick.
The Dragon - Megavolt, with a flashy, obvious power and a popularity that might just be the greatest both among the fandom and among the writers.
The Evil Genius - Bushroot, botanist whose plant attacks are relatively indirect and often bolstered by experimental chemistry.
The Brute - Liquidator, a water elemental whose innate power is potentially far greater in terms of raw threat than anyone else in the show, whose weakness is that he is relatively unimaginative.
The Dark Chick - Quackerjack, whose special ability is "wackiness" (his 'gimmick' of making deadly toys isn't a superpower).
Big Bad - Cobra Commander. After the creation of Serpentor, however, the position is constantly torn between the two of them as they both vie for ultimate supremacy.
Sixth Rangers - Storm Shadow and Firefly, the highest-ranking Cobras who are still ultimately servants of Cobra Commander above all, and his liasons with the Arashikage ninjas.
The Evil Genius - Clock King, whose precise timing and ability to calculate the exact amount of time necessary to do something are a tremendous asset to the team.
The Brute - Big Sir, who is tremendously large and powerful, but also mentally handicapped. Real name: Doofus P. Ratchet
The Dark Chick - Multi-Man, who always comes back to life if killed, each time with a new superpower, meaning his role in the team is ever-changing.
Big Bad - Princess Mira, a deposed royal desperate to regain her kingdom by killing Jack for Aku
The Dragon - Jujunga, an intimidating indigenous Australian whose blowdarts are tipped with the deadliest poisons.
The Evil Genius - I and Am, catlike creatures with Twin Telepathy and more cunning between them than the rest of the group, Mira excluded, combined.
The Brute - Boris, a tremendous Russian who doesn't know the meaning of the word "finesse." Overestimates his own abilities; His plan for killing Jack hinged on Jack's sword breaking against his skin. Extremely dimwitted.
The Dragon - Doctor Octopus, field leader and the most competent.
The Evil Genius - Mysterio, his tech and resources are heavily used in their initial plot against Spider-Man.
Also applies to Doctor Octopus, especially following Mysterio's death.
The Brute - Rhino and Scorpion share this role as both are good for raw brawn and not much else.
The Dark Chick - The Shocker, relatively the least formidable on the team.
Sixth Ranger - The Chameleon, the most distant of the group, betrays them in their last incarnation. Also the Vulture is a more fitting example, replacing Mysterio after his supposed death.
The Dark Chick - Shocker. The closest thing to an ordinary guy on the team. While quite formidable, his teammates tend to outstrip him in power and/or smarts.
The Dragon- Starscream though following his defection, the role now seems to rotate among Soundwave, Knock Out, and Airachnid, depending on Megatron's mood.
The Evil Genius- Soundwave and Knock Out (Soundwave is the espionage expert, Knock Out is tech advisor and medic)
The Evil Genius- Quicksilver/Pietro would like to think of himself this way, but whether he fits the genius part is debatable. While he is probably the smartest, the entire rest of the group is made up of D students. They do end up the Terrible Trio, after all.
The Brute - Fred/Blob. Like all of the Brotherhood, more sympathetic than usual.
