aka: Video Games A-F
- Ace Attorney Investigations the Smuggling Syndicate
Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising
Advance Wars: Dual Strike
Advance Wars: Days of Ruin The Big Bad - Caulder
The Dragon - Tabitha and Waylon
The Evil Genius - Caulder pulls double duty here. He is a Mad Scientist, after all.
The Brute - Admiral Greyfield, a pompous egomaniac who thought he was running the show. Tabitha may qualify as well, being strength-obsessed and having one of the most powerful CO powers.
The Dark Chick - Penny, a disturbed little girl with a strange fixation on explosions.
The Sixth Ranger Traitor - Cyrus, in many ways as much The Hero as Will is.

- The Five Dastardly Bombers seem to be another parody of Super Sentai in appearance
Bomberman The Big Bad - Plasma Bomber (when Bagular's not controlling them. Otherwise he defaults to the Dragon)
The Dragon - Magnet Bomber (By process of elimination, ironic as he's always the first beaten), Plasma Bomber when he's not the Big Bad, Max once after being brainwashed by Brain Bomber.
The Evil Genius - Brain Bomber (Also played the Big Bad on one occasion)

Crystalis : The Nameless Mod WorldCorp, Inc:
Die Hard Trilogy 2: Viva Las Vegas : The Lord Regent's Court
Dishonored From later in : The New Regent's Court
Dishonored has 10 villains, but of them four just follow orders to fight their Dissidia: Final Fantasy Arch-Enemy and have little interest in the main plot of the game, while the actual Big Bad Chaos is an Orcus on His Throne with little impact on said main plot. Thus we have:
The prequel Dissidia 012 is more clear-cut, as each of the six new characters gets a designated Arch-Enemy from the 10 villains.
Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest
Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie's Kong Double Trouble Big Bad - Baron K. Roolenstein
The Dragon - KAOS
Evil Genius - Squirt the waterfall, and Bleak the snowman
The Brute(s) - Belcha the giant barrel, and Arich the giant red spider
The Dark Chick - Barbos the mother of all Lurchins
Sixth Ranger - Kroctopus... sort of as he didn't appear in SNES version but he did in GBA

Double Dragon : The Order of Zugzwang
Dragon Quest V : The Gittish Empire

Drone Tactics : The Dynasty Warriors Wei Kingdom/Cao Cao faction.
EarthBound/Mother 2 Big Bad / The Dragon / Big Bad Duumvirate: Giygas and Pokey/Porky Minch. Who takes what position or if it's a Duumvirate is unconfirmed, considering their statuses right before the Final Boss fight with them.
The Evil Genius: Starman DX and the Mani Mani Statue
The Brute: Master Belch /Barf
The Dark Chick: Department Store Spook.
Unwitting Pawn: Lier X. Aggerate, Mr. Carpainter, Everdred, Monotoli, and Pokey/Porky. Porky fully joins Giygas on his own at the end.
In the same game, the Fourside Arc:
Eternal Sonata - Caesar's Legion
Fallout: New Vegas Big Bad: Caesar of course.
The Dragon: Legate Lanius, Caesar's second in command and leader of the army.
The Brute: Lucius, leader of Caesar's Praetorian Guard and third in command.
The Evil Genius: Vulpes Inculta, the leader of the Frumentarii (spies and paramiltaries) and master strategist.
The Dark Chick: Centurion Aurelius, in charge of Cottonwood Cove. Exploring his house will reveal that he's rather eccentric for a legionary.
The Sixth Ranger: Gaius Magnus, added in the Lonesome Road DLC. Rank unknown, but probably very high since he's a beast in combat (the main Legion military works on Asskicking Equals Authority) and wears the same armor as Lanius.
- The New California Republic, even if viewed as good, have their leaders fit this dynamic more with their attitudes:
Fallout: New Vegas Big Bad: President Kimball
The Dragon: General Oliver, current commander of the military
The Brute: Colonel Moore, whose solution to all questlines is for the player to wipe the enemy faction out.
The Evil Genius: Colonel Shu, the Only Sane Man who is level-headed and diplomatic.
The Dark Chick: Chief Hanlon, leader of the NCR Rangers, the military's elite shocktroopers. Is also a
Sixth Ranger Traitor, trying to sabotage the NCR to convince them to withdraw from the region, but can be talked out of what he's doing. The Sixth Ranger: Colonel Royze, who like Gaius Magnus above, was added in Lonesome Road as a Bonus Boss.
- Dead Money
Fallout: New Vegas - The Fallout: New Vegas Old World Blues Think Tank
- Mr. House's Faction
Fallout: New Vegas Fantasy General (an old Panzer General spinoff)
Final Fantasy I - Including the Four Elemental Fiends:
Final Fantasy IV 's Gestahlian Empire:
Final Fantasy VI The Big Bad - Emperor Gestahl
The Dragon - Initially General Leo, the Emperor's finest soldier and most trusted general. However, as the game progresses Kefka takes over this role, likely because Leo's sense of honor would have clashed with Gestahl's increasingly underhanded methods
The Brute - Kefka, who has no subtlety in his methods and happily resorts to Kill 'em All to solve any problem.
The Evil Genius - Cid, the mastermind behind the Empire's Magitek.
The Dark Chick/ Sixth Ranger Traitor: Celes, another imperial general who becomes disillusioned with them and defects. Terra may also fit The Dark Chick role, her position in the Empire's hierarchy is unclear though so it's hard to say. She is a Sixth Ranger Traitor for sure though.
in terms of ShinRa, Inc:
Final Fantasy VII The Turks comprise one of these within ShinRa itself ( though they turn into a ):
Goldfish Poop Gang post- Heel-Face Turn in Advent Children Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus had this with the Tsviets

with the Archadians and the Judge Magisters:
Final Fantasy XII The Big Bad - Vayne, who is eventually The Emperor.
Co-Dragons - Gabranth, who answers right to the Emperor, and Zargabaath, who commands the fleet that accompanies Vayne's airship Bahamut.
The Evil Genius - Dr. Cid the Mad Scientist, and Ghis The Starscream.
The Brute - Bergan, Ax-Crazy and brutal who slaughters a mountain of peaceful acolytes and their war refugees for no reason at all.
The Dark Chick - Drace, the female of the group who isn't afraid to speak out against Vayne.
The Sixth Ranger Traitor - Reddas aka Zecht, a Judge who defected from the Empire when he was disillusioned with their actions. Also Gabranth at the very end.
The Man Behind the Man: Venat, aiding all of them for a greater plan and responsible for Archadia's rise to power.
The Judges also form their own band sans Vayne and Cid — Gabranth is highest ranking, Zargabaath is second-in-command, and the other four keep the same roles as described above.
