Film: Scream 1981

Bunch of campers take a trip down the Rio Grande and arrive in an abandoned town where they decide spend the night. Soon they are killed off by an unseen invidual.

Done in a rush during the 80's slasher craze, this film is nowadays known for two things: Being a namesake with Wes Craven's Scream and being labeled as one of the worst slasher movies out there.

Big Damn Heroes: Near the end, Lou is about to be killed with a scythe, but then Charlie (the mysterious man on a horse) shoots the killer.
