Dragon Gate Inn, also known as Dragon Inn, is a 1967 Taiwanese wuxia film directed by King Hu. The film was remade in 1992, as New Dragon Gate Inn, and again in 2011 as Flying Swords of Dragon Gate.

Both versions contain roughly the same plot but differ on details. The eunuchs have seized power in the Ming Dynasty courts and have inflicted all manner of atrocities on the people. A group of heroic rebels opposes them. There's also a group of brigands and it all comes to a head at Dragon Gate Inn.

This remake contains the following:

  • Inn of No Return: Jade is the innkeeper at a remote inn where she occasionally seduces the guests, murders them, carves them up, and makes them into meals for the other patrons.
  • The Secret of Long Pork Pies: The innkeeper of the Dragon Gate Inn, the lively Jade, runs a sideline in which she seduces and murders her guests. Jade also keeps whatever money the customer has, then drops them down a chute to the kitchen and has them served as the meat in buns. The cutting up is done by her cook Dao, an expert at stripping meat to the bones.
