Haunted Forest is a 2007 Fotocomics Productions horror movie about a forest that’s haunted. A guy named Sean and his two friends are out in the woods looking for a native American ghost Satinka, depicted in Sean’s grandfather’s journal. There’s also two women picking berries wandering around and a deranged, partially possessed hunter who also wants to find the ghost. He is angry at it for killing innocent animals and making his job more difficult.The suspense thickens when the hunter finds the journal. While it provides him with some knowledge on how to fight the enraged spirit, it’s unclear whether anyone can escape Satinka’s wrath.

- Stringy-Haired Ghost Girl: Satinka. Strangely enough, in her tragic backstory, she was shown to die wearing a native American dress.
- And I Must Scream: The movie ends with Sean still trapped inside of the hollow tree.
- Rain of Blood: When Sean hits Satinka, the demon tree vomits blood all over.
- Body Horror: Satinka plants her captives in an underground cave by severing their limbs and letting plants take root in the stumps.
- Marked to Die: Everyone Satinka will kill will have a little plant take root in some part of their body.
- Found Footage Films: There's a little part of that here, when one of the guys finds a digital camera that belonged to one of the victims. In the backround, Satinka casually strolled by at one point. He rushes to show the footage to the others, but the camera's battery ends just before the critical moment.
