Silva Supa

FF.Net AO3

  • Recommended by: Person With Many Aliases
  • Comments: A writer with a breadth of genres, ranging from romance to comedy to some pretty serious drama. Readers will likely find something they like in the selection.

Stories focused on the family and the friendly relationships of the cast. Plot-focused stories or light day-in-the-life stories. Pretty much anything that isn't focused on romance.

Hannah & Barbera Are Dead by Adjacent Narrations

  • Recommended by: ScrewySqrl
  • Status: Complete
  • Synopsis: Runs off the same basic concept as Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, in abbreviated form, starring the titular background witches.

Heart of Iron by omaomae

  • Recommended by: Person With Many Aliases
  • Status: Complete
  • Synopsis: Diana Cavendish is renown as a gifted witch from the famous House of Cavendish. But that is only one side; what of the other? Ten years ago, a father and husband risked his life to obtain a mythical cure to all illnesses. In the present, a daughter risks her life for a house whose succession she has revoked. Father and daughter; two stories set in different times, told in parallel.
  • Notes: Has two sequels, Heart of Steel and Heart of Titanium.
  • Comments: A short adventure focusing on Diana and some pretty good Original Characters. It's a short jaunt that focuses on action and adventure, with some AU backstory invented.

The Exchange by Silver Supa (FF.Net ; AO3)

  • Recommended by: Pompeii77
  • Status: Complete
  • Synopsis: In an instant, without explanation, two wielders of the Shiny Rod find themselves displaced. Akko is stranded in the Luna Nova of ten years ago, and Chariot is hurled into the Luna Nova of a decade later. They search for a way home, but who knows? Maybe they'll learn something trapped in each other's time!

Falling Stars by r5h

  • Recommended by: Oroboro
  • Status: Dormant; last updated April 2020
  • Synopsis: Magic has returned to the world and it's a new year at Luna Nova. Akko is ready to run herself ragged to be the best mentor she can be to all of the incoming freshman, and introduce them to the world of magic in all of its glory. Tiffany Vanderbilt, a new student from a prestigious line of witches, finds herself completely in over her head in Luna Nova, when she meets a bunch of loveable weirdos, and is chosen by the Shooting Star.
  • Pairing: Akko/Diana
  • Comments: A fantastic long story featuring a well rounded, diverse cast of OCs as new students to Luna Nova, as well as the core cast from the show. Serves as a sort of season two, with numerous episodic arcs.

Stories focused on the romantic relationships between the cast.

Fireworks by Bookman230

  • Recommended by: meme-asaurus
  • Status: Dead
  • Synopsis: Fireworks had always connected Akko and Diana, it seemed, from Shiny Chariot's performances to the dragon's defeat, and the sparks lit from the explosions change everything.
  • Pairing: Akko/Diana
  • Notes: Alternate link here.
  • Comments: Taking off the OVAs, this story turns Akko and Diana’s rivalry into flirting. Short. Sweet. Funny.

A Very Minor Slip of the Tongue by SilverSupa

  • Recommend by: ruff1298
  • Status: Complete
  • Synopsis: Akko and Andrew are bros. Akko wants a girlfriend. Feeling uncharacteristically nice, Andrew decides to get his bro a girlfriend. Naturally, it all goes wrong.
  • Pairing: Akko/Diana
  • Comments: Excellent characterization and interactions between the characters, an honest to goodness friendship between Andrew and Akko that is just a delight to read, and the incredible, indescribable hilarity when a prim and proper character combines eloquent speech with four-letter words.

Bewitching Diana Cavendish by Webdog177 Recommend by: Paisleypossum

  • Status: Complete
  • Synopsis: Years after graduating Luna Nova and falling out of touch with Atsuko, Diana caves and buys tickets to her old friend's magic show. "Having fun Diana? Enjoy the show..."
  • Pairing: Akko/Diana
  • Comments: One of the few post-canon shipping fics done right. A full ten years after Akko and Diana graduate from Luna Nova, they meet again by chance and sparks fly. Highly NSFW content ensues in practically each and every chapter. The writer has really gone all out with the NSFW content, and is apparently a professional writer of adult content. High recommended for 'adult' Diakko shippers.]]
  • Notes: Alternative link.

Kap's Sukko Collection by Kaponos Recommend by: DarkyLonewolf

  • Status: Ongoing
  • Synopsis: A collection of one-shots about the Sukko pairing. The author takes suggestions from reviews, so the one-shots often take place in different time-frames or even alternate universes.
  • Pairing: Sucy/Akko
  • Comments: The one-shots are mostly of the fluffy and feelsy kind, with the rare bits of humor in some moments. As of this writing, the author seems to update the collection once a week, and for all of you Sukko shippers, this is certainly worth a read, as well as for those who want a bit of a break from the neverending Diakko stuff.

The Potion Mistress and her Idiot by GeminiAlchemist Recommend by: OmnibusGamin

  • Status: Complete
  • Synopsis: Another Sukko oneshot collection, and another that takes reviews. The author was inspired by Kaponos of the other mentioned Sukko oneshot collection. Some chapters are stand alone, and others seem to build off of others, and the author takes suggestions and does them frequently.
  • Pairing: Akko/Sucy and Lotte/Amanda
  • Comments: These fics range from feelsy romantic, to straight up crack, but mostly stay in the middle, with lots of humor. Features a lot of the authors beta pairings, most prominently Amanda and Lotte, but also Hannah and Barbara. It updates bi-weekly as well.]]
  • Notes: Alternative [1].

Butch Diana by SailorPortia Recommend by SanaNaryon

  • Status: Ongoing
  • Synopsis: A particular set of circumstances (for which Akko apologizes profusely) lead to Diana having short hair, much to the delight of Luna Nova's students, especially Akko. Lovestruck Akko does her best not to make a fool in front of her dashing crush, meanwhile Diana is mystified as to why her dear friend is acting so odd and decides to get to the bottom of the matter.
  • Pairing: Diana/Akko and Amanda/Hannah/Barbara
  • Comments: A simple concept, taken to its logical extreme. Everyone is a disaster gay except Hannah and Barbara. Slow on the update.

She's the man by TaniaHylian Recommend by SanaNaryon

  • Status: Completed
  • Synopsis: Hannah has (somehow) gotten her hands on a picture of Amanda during her little outing to Appleton Academy, and fallen completely for "Amanda's brother". And Amanda's not one to pass up an opportunity to mess up royally.
  • Pairing: Hannah/Amanda
  • Comments: Bit of fake dating au, bit of mistaken identity au, whole lotta gay.

Years Later AU by TheNeonFlower and various other authors. Recommend by SanaNaryon

  • Status: Ongoing
  • Synopsis: After three years, Atsuko Kagari finally returns to Luna Nova, and, more importantly, to her wife, headmistress Diana Cavendish. Though her mental and physical state has been deteriorating, it seems the return of her wife has revitalized the headmistress, yet this joy is temporary. An old foe is returning, and a new generation of witches will have to take up the Shiny Rod.
  • Pairing: OCs, Diana/Akko
  • Comments: A next gen story with very dark themes of abandonment issues, PTSD, and a whole bouquet of other stuff.

Mirrored by AevumAce. Link

  • Comments: Mirror Dimension AU; doppelganger shenanigans that eventually goes horribly wrong.

Akko Kagari Universe (Dimension-592) by Red Reef

  • Recommended by: ScrewySqrl
  • Status: Ongoing
  • Crossover with: Harry Potter with Homage and ShoutOut to dozens of other stories.
  • Synopsis:
    • Akko Kagari and the Seven Stars: Akko Kagari has never raced on a broomstick. She's never worn an amulet of invisibility, befriended a shape-shifting cat, or helped hatch a Grimm. All Akko knows is her average, normal life with her normal parents and her less than normal group of friends. She had never known for eleven years that she was not normal, never knew that she was special. But all that is about to change when a mysterious letter arrives on her doorstep: a letter with an invitation to a wonderful place she never dreamed existed. There she finds not only new fiends, aerial sports, and magic around every corner, but a great destiny that's been waiting for her...if Akko can survive the encounter. (Complete)
    • Akko Kagari and the Evil Within: Ever since Akko Kagari had come home for the summer, so many questions plagued her mind that all Akko wanted was to get back to the Luna Nova Academy for answers. But just as she's packing her bags, Akko receives a warning from a strange ninja who says that if Akko returns to Luna Nova, disaster will strike. And strike it does. For in Akko's second year at Luna Nova, fresh torments and horrors arise, including a cold and distant new professor and a creepy girl who haunts the abandoned tower. But then the real trouble begins - someone is attacking Luna Nova students. Could it be Diana Cavendish, a more poisonous rival than ever? Could it possibly be Croix, whose past has come back to haunt her? Or could it be the one everyone at Luna Nova most suspects...Akko Kagari herself! (Complete)
    • Akko Kagari and the White Witch: For twelve long years, the dread fortress of Dol Guldur held an infamous prisoner known as Izetta the White Witch. Convicted for killing hundreds of people, she was said to be the right hand to the Eclipse Queen, Aradia. Now she had escaped, leaving only two clues as to where she might be headed: Akko Kagari's defeat of the Eclipse Queen was Izetta's downfall as well. And the Dol Guldur guards heard Izetta muttering in her sleep, "Must get to Luna Nova...Must get to Luna Nova..." Akko Kagari isn't safe, not even within the walls of her magical school, surrounded by her friends. Because on top of it all, there may well be a traitor in their midst. (Complete)
    • Akko Kagari and the Contest of Champions: An event that happens only once every seven years has finally come to Luna Nova, and once again, Akko Kagari finds herself thrust into the actions. But this year, Akko has more to worry about then a friendly competition. A centuries-old conspiracy comes to light and Akko finally confronts her true enemy. (Complete)
    • Akko Kagari and the Gospel of Aradia: Akko has a lot on her mind this year: A wicked new teacher; the upcoming Standard Testing and Aptitude Results; hope of finding her lost mother, Shiny Chariot; and her complicated love life with Diana Cavendish. But all these pale next to the threat of the Great Witch Jennifer. (Ongoing)
    • Akko Kagari and the Blue Moon Abyss
    • Akko Kagari and the Grand Triskellion
  • Comments: A reimagining of Harry Potter using the characters and mythology of Little Witch Academia. The author plans to do all seven books.
  • Now with its own WIP trope page

A Fools Study Into Witchcraft by 741AuthorNCS (link)

  • Sufficient Velocity link AO3 link Spacebattles link link to artist741's account on Deviantart
  • Recommended by: krimzonflygon2, Leid
  • Status: Ongoing
  • Crossover with: Persona
  • Synopsis: The Magical World is declining as the Collective Consciousness of Humanity embraces modern technology. During that time, a Fool begins her journey by enrolling in Luna Nova to follow her missing idol's footsteps. Can she rekindle people's believe in magic once more? (She probably needs to study first though...)
  • Comments: Not complete, but a solid story with a lot of potential even further down the line. The setting itself weaves the Persona-verse with the LWA-verse in a number of creative ways, and the fact that Atsuko's initial Persona Aradia is a character unto herself is right off the bat a unique approach: most SMT stories and media in general relegates the summons to near-mindless fighting machines once they're under the protagonist's control, and when they do get characterization it's usually played for gags. The fact that Aradia is acting as a bit of a guardian angel to Atsuko lends itself to some interesting events. Definitely a story to keep an eye on. It has a trope page
