A fanfic story written by Wernher von Braun
(No, not that one). Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha: AvengerS is a crossover story between Marvel Cinematic Universe and Lyrical Nanoha. The story starts at the aftermath of Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Striker S and The Avengers (2012).
The plot starts when Nanoha and Vivio visit the former's parents (and the latter's grandparents) at Uminari City. The family reunion however is cut short when Agent Phil Coulson visit the Takamachis due to S.H.I.E.L.D. wants an answer for several strange things that happened few years ago.
Things are about to change, for better or worse...

- Adaptational Intelligence: Suzuka is just a normal friend of Nanoha, Fate, and Hayate in canon Nanoha. Here, she's the leading researcher in Nanoha's magic system on Earth. Justified, as she's the only person that know about magic that S.H.I.E.L.D. has managed to find. Besides Arisa and Gil, anyway.
- Always a Bigger Fish: The Asgardians decide to join the meeting between S.H.I.E.L.D. and the TSAB.
- Apocalypse How: Class X. The Asgardians, under Odin's command, were responsible for the destruction of Belka, the homeworld of the Belkan Empire.
- Ascended Extra: Suzuka Tsukimura and Gil Graham, alongside the latter's familiars, are now working for S.H.I.E.L.D. (Officially the Stark Industries for Suzuka).
- Call-Back:
- The Helicarrier makes its appearance in chapter 3.
- Among the artifacts S.H.I.E.L.D. collected over the years are Jewel Seeds (dubbed as "Seeds of Corruption" by S.H.I.E.L.D.), Peruvian 0-8-4, Chitauri Helmet, a shard of the Tesseract, and Loki's Scepter.
- Suzuka and several scientists get hurled across the room when an experiment with mana cartridges goes wrong.
Suzuka Tsukimura: Write that down. - The Cameo: Stan "The Man" Lee himself. It wouldn't be the Marvel Cinematic Universe without it.
- Culture Clash:
- There are several between S.H.I.E.L.D. and the TSAB. But one of the biggest is the usage of Child Soldiers by the latter. On the other hand, the TSAB is rather uncomfortable with the Cloak and Dagger behaviors of S.H.I.E.L.D.
- Fury finds the TSAB policies of not using mass-weapons "foolish".
- Cruel and Unusual Death: Franz Hegenberg, a Saint King of the Belkan Empire, was punished by the Asgardians by getting tied to a rock and poison dripped into his eyes.
- Early-Bird Cameo:
- The Masters of the Mystic Arts attend the next round of negotiation between S.H.I.E.L.D., the TSAB, and the Asgardians.
- Brock Rumlow is one of S.H.I.E.L.D instructors hired by the TSAB.
- Centipede Soldiers from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. appear earlier than in canon.
- Everyone Has Standards: While S.H.I.E.L.D. is full of people doing things that can put their morality in question, the S.H.I.E.L.D. instructors hired by the TSAB refuse to teach anyone below 18 (Earth) years anything except martial arts. Considering one of them is Brock Rumlow, this says something.
- Fun with Acronyms: One of the universes that got crossed-over is the MCU, so this is a given.
- Gratuitous German: Done by the Wolkenritter and the Asgardians. Both of them speak Belkan, which is similar to German.
- Heroic BSoD: Nanoha doesn't take the news about the Chitauri Invasion well.
- In-Series Nickname: The Time-Space Administrative Bureau (TSAB) is called the "Space-Time Administrative Bureau" (STAB) by the characters of MCU. It's considered better. Suggested by Nick Fury of all people, no less.
- Insignificant Little Blue Planet: The majority of spacefaring civilizations, including the TSAB to some degree, have this attitude towards Earth. That is, until the Avengers prove them wrong.
- Earth was designated by the TSAB as "Non-Administrated World #97." After the meetings between S.H.I.E.L.D., the TSAB, the Asgardians, and the Masters of the Mystic Arts, Earth is granted a similar status as the Saint Church and its designation changed into "Special World #1."
- Kinetic Weapons Are Just Better: Played with; at first, the TSAB doesn't believe in this since you can't set them to stun. However, when S.H.I.E.L.D. introduces them to I.C.E.R., the Bureau starts to import them in exchange for Devices and mana cartridges.
- My Greatest Failure: For Nanoha and Hayate; not being on Earth when Loki and the Chitauri invaded.
- Not So Above It All: Fury is the one who suggested the In-Series Nickname (see above) of the TSAB. It's later used by the World Security Council and Thor. Presumably, by extension, the rest of Asgard.
- Oh, Crap!: The reaction of S.H.I.E.L.D. and TSAB personnel when they realize that they walk into an ambush.
- The Reveal:
- In-Universe, it's the TSAB finding out everything that happen on Earth that escaped their surveillance.
- The Asgardians are responsible for the destruction of Belka and in turn the whole Belkan Empire. It was because the Belkans had tried repeatedly to invade the Nine Realms.
- According to the Ancient One, there were descendants of the Belkan Knights on Earth. However, they came under attack by Red Skull and HYDRA, and their current fate is unknown.
- Project Centipede is revealed to be working with an unknown party from the Bureau Space.
- Then there's also ANOTHER unknown party that smuggled Chitauri weapons from Earth to Administrated Worlds.
- Shout-Out: Suzuka with Tony's help create an AI called Hilariously Advanced Lifeform (HAL).
- Tears of Remorse: Nanoha breaks down and cries when she visits the Monument of the Battle of New York.
- Troll: The reason Loki escaped from Asgard and visit the TSAB worlds? Making them panic and wasting money on a no-longer-existing threat.
