Unmade
by Corona is an alternate universe Heroes Fan Fic that takes place after Volume 2. Nathan is assassinated by Company agents pre-story leaving Peter a guilt-ridden wreck. Furthermore, he is imprisoned by the Company with Sylar in the neighboring cell where they are stuck together for months with no other human contact. They are both subjected to dangerous and irresponsible experiments.
It's a Dark Fic with a Hurt/Comfort theme that makes the reader feel the Claustrophobia of being imprisoned in such a place. It can also be interpreted as a shipping fic, or at least the setup for one.
This fanfic contains examples of:
- Eviler than Thou: When they get out of here, Peter is going to feed Adam to Sylar than he won't need Claire.

Sylar: Since you're not dead, or, at the very least, choking, I'm going to assume the drugs work. - Psychological Horror: The fic conveys the claustrophobic feeling of being trapped and isolated. This is essential to understand what extremes the protagonists are driven to by the end.
- Survivor Guilt: Peter is already breaking down at the beginning of the story because the Company had his brother assassinated because he insisted on trying to expose them.
- There Is No Kill Like Overkill: After setting a few radioactive fires, Peter uses telekinesis to bar and seal the doors leaving any surviving Company personnel to burn. Beware the Nice Ones indeed.
- Too Dumb to Live: The Company locking up the impressionable idiot with God-like powers up with a manipulative psycho not once but twice (i.e. Adam).
- Well-Intentioned Extremist: By the end, Peter is going to take the Company down by any means necessary.
- What the Hell, Hero?: Peter agrees that when they get out of here Sylar can gain regeneration from Adam (who "deserves it") instead of Claire (his "innocent" niece). Sylar calls him on it: "It's bloodthristy... for someone like you."
