The Pokémon series has spawned many a notable Ear Worm, whether it's the music playing during a heated Gym Leader battle or the carefree cycling jingle you hear as you cruise down Cycling Road.

The first Ear Worm that you hear upon picking up a main series Pokémon game is the very theme that greets you every time you turn on your game, i.e. the opening and title themes. The latter also became the theme that plays during a Gym Leader's final gambit in the 5th generation games.
The Pokémon Center theme, which has been in every main series Pokémon game to date. While it changes very little between installments, it still manages to be a very addicting piece of music. It served as the Poké Mart theme for the Generation I games and its remakes, and also gained a remix for Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
One under appreciated but very catchy theme is the print error theme from Yellow, which has been remixed as the Pokéwalker theme.
No mention of the Johto Gym Leader theme from G/S/C?

All the surfing themes tend to be rather catchy. Same goes for the Game Corner themes, though depending on who you are, you may not hear them as much as others do.
The standard-issue Trainer battle theme from Gold and Silver.
The original Red/Blue version had some pretty epic music, such as the Gym Leader Battle Theme and Gary's Theme. You know you started humming them before you even clicked on those links.
Goldenrod City, especially in the Updated Re-release.

Not that the other two members of the Tao trio are sloppy in the musical department either - though they lack Kyurem's awesome slapped bass, the fire and lightning effects in Reshiram's and Zekrom's themes (respectively) add a particularly awesome twist to the whole thing.

How can we forget about the legendary Route 1?
Here's another one; what about Laverre City's music in Pokemon X and Pokemon Y? It was absolutely beautiful, and it sounded just like a mystical fairy town covered with toadstools should. Further improved by the mysterious music in the surrounding bog.
Village bridge. A beautiful calming song with several instruments weaving in and out. It's quite easy to lose half an hour just listening to it, followed by half a year trying to stop hearing it.
