BFS: Once Again, one of Julia's toys, her KriegsMesser◊ Which is a very real German sword.
Boobs of Steel: Once Again... AGAIN! Julia Makai
Cat Girl: Several, the most obvious being Julia Makai, the Bolo Panthress.
Deconstruction: Of the antics from the PG World along with the usual superhero stories and fanfics.
Medium Awareness: That and many other similar tropes such as No Fourth Wall and Rage Against the Author are played deathly serious rather than used for comedy.
Overly Long Gag: Julia Makai, who's actually NOT the main character, though you wouldn't know it at this point.
Person of Mass Destruction: Almost all of the heroes, especially Julia Makai and Jesse Malcom.
Powers as Programs: The 15 Mythic Weapons. Problem is they require the user to commit suicide using them, the powers are temporary and s/he's revived afterwards.
Spotlight-Stealing Squad: Julia Makai...yet again. A I the only one noticing an odd trend?
World Half Empty: The prologue kinda sets the tone for the rest of the novels with Jesse Malcom getting blasted by BB Guns and having his face sliced open and his legs broken to pieces...And that's before what he and his family all go through in the first official chapter.
