The Sequel to Chasing Time, which follows the adventures of Sierra of Silverdai, Tiara and Israel's younger sister. It has been sixteen years after the events of Chasing Time and on her sixteenth birthday Sierra starts out on a journey in order to find her origins. Of course the only clues she has to her origins are what her parents had told her about her sister 'Time' (They didn't know her actual name) and a broken prayer stone that her sister had given her. So upon hearing of a half demon who can fix anything Sierra decides to go to a village named Lior in order to find the half demon to fix the prayer stone. In Lior she encounters the half demon that she is seeking, whose name is Kyo Daye, and his best friend Rundell Sai. There she offers the prayer stone to Kyo and Kyo, with his ability, fixes the prayer stone which then immediately teleports him, Sierra, and Rundell to the Ruins of Arazoir. There they encounter a Ghato named Kivah who has been guarding over the Sword of Time since the end of Chasing Time. Upon recognizing who Sierra is Kivah informs her to draw the Sword of Time which she does only to see that the Sword of Time is broken. Kyo upon seeing this also, uses his ability to combine the Sword of Time with Sierra's sword. This then triggers the dimension that Tiara had sealed Sin in, thus setting him free. So now Sierra has a new objective; to once and for all settle what her older sister could not. To destroy Sin.Currently Unpublished.
Arranged Marriage: Kendrick and Hazel are forced into this because Kendrick lies and says that he slept with Hazel in order to save her from being a Virgin Sacrifice.
Ascended Extra: Originally Rundell was only going to be in the beginning as Kyo's best friend who stays in their village after Kyo leaves with Sierra and never spoken of again. However after I began to develop his character I decided that I liked him too much to leave him out of the story so I made him a main character instead.
Bi the Way: Rundell who is in love with his childhood friend Kyo and has an attraction to the Tsundere Sierra... He gets together with both of them in the end.
Famous Last Words: "Good Boy." Rundell to Kyo after Kyo killed him.. "I love you." (Mouths it). Hazel to Kendrick.. *Giggles* "The power of the sword is mine!" Rynn. "Hazel..." Kendrick. "It feels so warm... so why am I so cold?" Ray.
Girl of My Dreams: Rundell sees Sierra multiples times in his visions before he actually meets her. And surprise, surprise they actually do form an intimate relationship but oddly enough this is not because they like each other but because they both love Kyo who seems oblivious to their love for him. So their solution? Take out their sexual frustrations on each other! Of course they both do come to love each other as much as they love Kyo and it is outright stated in the epilogue that after the Set Right What Once Went Wrong incident all three of them gets together.
Home Sweet Home: The Epilogue shows that the Time group settles down in the place of Tiara and Ralph's old village, with Kivah building some homes for them all.
The Load: Hazel, being the only non-fighter of the group, can be considered this. She mainly acts as the Mother of the group and does all of the cooking.
Meaningful Names: Kyo and Rundell. Done on purpose of course by Tiara who named Kyo for "pride" to be proud of what he is and for Rundell "acceptance" to be accepting of those who are different.
Really 700 Years Old: Hazel may look around thirteen but she's actually about seventy five years old.
Ripple-Effect-Proof Memory: Due to a manipulation on Sierra's part in her last seconds of existence, Kyo, Kendrick, Hazel, Rundell, and Kivah all remember the timeline before the Set Right What Once Went Wrong event. Sierra on the other hand doesn't ever remember but when she sees Kyo and Rundell for the first time in the new timeline she said that she thinks that she knows them and its nothing but love from there...
Together in Death: Kendrick and Hazel, Ralph and Nira, Kyo and Rundell.
Too Dumb to Live: Rynn. She was told that the Sword of Time would kill anyone who unsheathes it who are not it's master but guess what she does...
Triang Relations: Number Nine with Kyo being 'A' and Rundell and Sierra as 'B' and 'C'. This however changes to number eight between Kyo, Rundell, and Sierra in the epilogue.
Transplant: Kivah being the most important because she actually is a part of the new Time Group but also Ralph, Nira, and Ray who all makes appearances and are a part of the Grand Finale.
Wall Bang Her: Sierra and Rundell though it was a tree rather than a wall...
What Is One Man's Life In Comparison?: Basically the Kissas' logic when it comes to the Virgin Sacrifices they have to preform every fifty years. Hazel, the one having to do the sacrifice, does not agree however and it is this that resulted in her running away.
White-Haired Pretty Boy: Rundell after Kyssel permanently changes his blond hair to white because she thinks it looks better on him.
Wrecked Weapon: The Sword of Time after the events of Chasing Time. It's a good thing that Kyo was able to fix it by combining it with Sierra's sword...
You All Share My Story: The majority of the new Time group is somehow connected/owe their lives to Tiara. For one Sierra is Tiara's younger sister. For two Kyo and Rundell were named and given their powers by Tiara. For three Kendrick is the son of Ralph and Nira who were best friends to Tiara. And finally Kivah...well...you know...
You Kill It, You Bought It: How The Heart of Broken Shards gets passed about. Rundell kills Kyssel for it and then he had Kyo kill him for it so that Kyo could combine it to the Sword of Time and destroy Sin.
