Camp Stupid (also known as Camp Stupid Semes/Semes and Recreation) is a Dungeons & Dragons campaign by Micah (Casanuvas). A gaggle of adventurers with a shared, mysterious case of amnesia are hired by Samael, King of the Titty Kingdom, to hunt down and retrieve accessories claimed to once be worn by the gods themselves.

Camp Stupid provides examples of:

  • Amnesiac Hero: Every PC is mysteriously missing about three years worth of memories.
  • Anachronism Stew: A lot of pop culture references are in the campaign, most notable is a Walmart in the kingdom.
  • Artifact Collection Agency: The PCs are on a mission to collect pieces of armor that once belonged to the gods.
  • Breaking the Fourth Wall: Multiple times in the campaign, PCs and even NPCs will break the fourth wall.
Miss Stuffing: By the way, I wouldn't worry too much about what the demon king said to you, dear. I don't think you're an ugly freak. You're the handsomest man I have ever met! But I do not mean that in a romantic way for I am several years old and also a lesbian and you're a gay man, so if we do make this a webcomic this will be the exact lines that I am saying and people will not ship us. You freaks.
  • Cannot Spit It Out: None of the NPCs are able to tell the players their forgotten pasts, or they may suffer some deadly consequences.
  • Captain Obvious: Low rolls tend to lead to these events.
  • Cast Full of Gay
  • Charm Person: Zeera charmed the Sexy Minotaur, making him not hostile and very clingy and friendly to the party.
  • Character Focus: Each arc (save for a select few) is based around a specific PC.
  • Clear My Name: The Mystery of Netherwork arc involves the gang attempting to clear Ashton's name, as she has been blamed for the deaths of Netherwork's citizens.
  • Comically Missing the Point: Miss Stuffing, towards the beginning of the Children of the Sky arc, after explaining to Aster what happened between him and Samael, commenting that they should get an exorcist, then adding that said exorcist should stay away from her.
    Aster: ...Huh? Huh??? What???
Miss Stuffing: Oh honey, I'm a ghost in a teddy bear's body. I thought you knew this, that's what Zeke wrote on his shop's list. It's OK if you need to take your time hearing that news though, I'm sorry to have shocked you with that. Sorry to come out as a ghost.
Aster: Nonononono, not that, I mean, that's cool and all and I accept you for who you are and I'm glad you're a fixture in my life, but WHAT happened with Samael?"
  • Cowboy Episode: The Mystery of Netherwork arc.
  • Creator Cameo: Micah himself is the in-canon god of the world.
  • Dragons Are Divine: Arae and Zokaeth, the creators of the world, manifest as two large dragons.
  • Everyone Is Bi: All of the NPCs except for a select few are bi.
  • Floral Theme Naming: Harmony Fighters are all named after flowers, as well as the White Lilac arc.
  • Ghost Town: Netherwork, literally.
  • Gotta Catch Them All: The PCs have to go and collect all of the godly accessories Samael has told them about.
  • Halloween Episode: A short one off where the party has to collect candy from the NPCs in the kingdom and give said candy away to Jack, the Spirit of Halloween, who has been banned from entering the kingdom during the Halloween Festival.
  • Harmful to Touch: Samael brings in the clown box from My Brother, My Brother and Me.
  • I Just Want to Have Friends: Rose Princess/Ezz's main desire.
  • I Know What You Fear: Lord Distortionist possesses powers in the realm of nightmares. Unfortunately for him, he didn't have much opportunity to use them on the party.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Phyxdyn, he comes off very cold and uncaring, but has a softer side to him. He's not so good at hiding it when Komos is involved.
  • Kicking Ass in All Her Finery: Every single Harmony Fighter qualifies.
  • Light Is Not Good: Samael.
  • Magical Accessory: The party is tasked with retrieving these for Samael. All of them are said to have belonged to the gods once, and grant the wielder various powers.
  • Magical Girl Warrior: The Harmony Fighters.
  • Mayor of a Ghost Town: Sister Lavender.
  • Meaningful Rename: Koala.
  • Names to Run Away from Really Fast: Lord Distortionist, Samael.
  • Obvious Judas: Again, Samael.
  • One-Winged Angel: Samael's true form, which hasn't been fully revealed yet.
  • The Order: Both Camp Stupid and The Recreation.
  • Our Angels Are Different: Sister Lavender.
  • Paper-Thin Disguise: The Harmony Fighters's costumes don't change their appearances too much.
  • Plucky Girl: Zeera and Macca.
  • Pretty Boy: Several NPCs qualify, including Koala, Phyxdyn, Zeke, Maddox, and Bear.
  • Relationship Values: Each NPC has these for each PC.
  • The Rock Star: Koala, Inferiority Superiority Complex aside.
  • Romance Sidequest: After each mission, players are given the option to bond with an NPC. All bonds have the option to take a romantic route.
  • The Scrappy: Samael. Each of his appearances seem to establish another unlikable facet of him. Three arcs in, it’s unclear why the main party and the king continue to tolerate each other.
  • Transformation Trinket: Tyr’s Gaunlet has the power to transform the wielder into any creature. Ezz uses this to become Rose Princess, and later Aster uses it to become a dragon.
  • Tribute to Fido: Bear, Nep, and Angel are all Micah's real life pets, who also make cameos in the campaign.
  • Volcanic Veins: Kalama and Aubrey.
  • Winged Humanoid: Samael, an Aasimar. His wings appear to be a part of his outfit, but are still functional.
