Tomomichi Nishimura (西村 知道, Nishimura Tomomichi), born June 2, 1946, is a veteran voice actor who was born in Chiba and works for ARTSVISION. His roles, then, tend to go by a wide variety of "old guys" type. He can be the Dirty Old Man, the Cool Old Guy, the Old Master, etc.
Most people would remember him as Shibaraku Tsurugibe of the Mashin Hero Wataru Series, Jorge Saotome—Koenma's comedic blue ogre assistant in YuYu Hakusho, Coach Mitsuyoshi Anzai of Slam Dunk, Akuma, a demonic human with a code of honor Above Good and Evil, and the power hungry dictator of Shadaloo (known as either "Vega" or "M. Bison" depending on the version) in Street Fighter.
