Franklin Shea Whigham Jr. (born January 5, 1969 in Tallahassee, Florida), known professionally as Shea Whigham, is an American actor.
He's most famous for portraying Elias "Eli" Thompson in the HBO drama series Boardwalk Empire.
He is also the father of actress Giorgia Whigham.
