Established in 1995 by Matthew Gratzner, Ian Hunter and Shannon Blake Gans. New Deal Studios (Formerly known as Hunter/Gratzner Industries) is a visual effects company that primarily specializes in Miniature Effects for film and commercials, including Real Steel, Hugo, and several Old Spice Print ads.
They're also responsible for the teaser trailer for the (still in Development Hell) Live-Action Gaiking movie for Toei Animation.
Not to be confused with Franklin D. Roosevelt's reform for The Great Depression. See also 4-Ward Productions, another visual effects studio still utilizing miniatures.
