Michael Joseph Kelly Jr. (born May 22, 1969 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American actor.
He is best known for House of Cards (US), Changeling, Dawn of the Dead (2004), The Adjustment Bureau, Chronicle, and Generation Kill.
He is married to Karyn Kelly and they have two children.
