Masaharu Sato is a veteran Japanese voice actor born in Oka, Tokyo on July 1st, 1946. He is currently affiliated with Aoni Production.
He's mostly known for being one of the go-to actors for supporting characters, villains and incidental characters.
His younger brother, Kimihiko Sato, was a singer-songwriter.
