Creator and producer of
Saturday Night Live for
NBC; he's also listed as an
Executive Producer on
30 Rock. Has also occasionally appeared on
SNL as well, most notably in the infamous early segments where he offered
The Beatles $3000 to reunite on the program. (John and Paul considered it one night, apparently, but decided not to).
May have inspired Dr. Evil from the
Austin Powers films, Jack Donaghy of
30 Rock, and Don Roritor in the
Kids in the Hall movie
Brain Candy:
Mike Myers: Anyways, you know what? You know, Dr. Evil's nothing like you, Lorne. I mean, you don't have your "henchmen" kill people.
